Property Claims

Axis manages all property claims under our Lloyd’s binder. We assess claims which exceed $4,000 and these should be reported to us by phone or email with details of the loss or damage and client contact information.  Claims not requiring assessment should be submitted by email with a completed claim form, GST declaration and supporting photos, quotations, invoices or other supporting documentation.

Liability Claims

All liability claims are managed by Proclaim on behalf of our Lloyd’s Liability Underwriters. Claims should be reported to Axis in the first instance and we will confirm policy covers and pass the claim to Proclaim to manage.

Other Claims

All other claims including Management Liability, Office Holders and Legal Expenses should be reported to Axis.
