Axis is committed to providing a fast and efficient claims service. Your insurance broker is there to advise and assist you in the claims process, and claims should be notified to your insurance broker in the first instance.

If you need to make emergency repairs, please call us on 03 8660 7066, and we will arrange assistance through our preferred supplier network.
