What you Need to Provide

When making a claim, having this information means we can assess your claim quicker:

  • Your policy number;
  • Your name and phone number, as well as anyone else involved with the incident;
    • On-site/primary contact (name & phone number) if this is different from the above;
  • Building/Strata Plan No. and relevant information where the loss occurred;
  • Incident information – such as where the damage occurred, the cause of the loss and details of what is damaged;
  • If applicable – GST status of the insured (including ABN number and ITC % claimed);
  • Photos showing damage of your loss;
  • If the loss or damage is caused by theft, you should notify the police and obtain a report from them before making a claim;
  • Any other relevant details, information or documents.
