Axis has an experienced in-house team of Claims specialists who have full conduct and carriage of all Property Damage claims.

With more than 100 years of collective industry experience, our team of Claims specialists also come fully equipped with a strength of industry-wide relationships and know-how that is second to none.

Liability Claims

Axis engages the services of industry-renowned expertise such as AXA XL (XL Insurance Company SE) and Proclaim, Specialist Claims Management Services as it relates to the management of our Liability portfolio.

While AXA XL and Proclaim have overall conduct of these matters, all Liability matters are managed in close consultation with our in-house team of Claims specialists.

Other Claims

AXA XL (XL Insurance Company SE) and Proclaim, Specialist Claims Management Services also have full conduct of a variety of other Claims on behalf of Axis such as Legal Expenses, with Axis having complete oversight over all activities relating to these types of loss.
