Lloyd’s is going through a process to improve the results in many classes of business, including International Property. This has resulted in tough negotiations for binder renewals, with a loss of capacity and non-renewal of many International Binders. Increased compliance requirements have slowed the process, and therefore it has taken longer than usual for Axis to get sign off from all Syndicates.
Axis is delighted to have completed the renewal process of all our 2020-2021 binders, with strong support from Lloyd’s syndicates and continued support from HDI Global Specialty SE – Australia on our property Binder. HDI are an international insurer licensed in Australia, with a Standard & Poor’s A+ Stable Rating.
